Our school works with 3 terms. The full amount of the term should be paid  at the start of the term. Fees are not refundable and must be paid on the first day of the term.

In case the student cannot attend all the lessons during the term, the full term fee must be paid.

Communication with Tutors

Parents/Adult students can communicate with their tutor directly via email. The tutors email address is listed at the top of this email. Please use this means of communication during term time to discuss tuition content, to inform the tutor if you/your child wishes to take exams, or should you require feedback in relation to your/your child’s progress.

Missed Lessons

Any lessons missed by the student during the year due to illness or vacation etc., will not be made up. Please inform the teacher directly should you miss a lesson.

Any lessons missed by the Tutor will be made up at a date agreeable to the Tutor and Student. Please note that it is the Tutor's responsibility to inform you should he/she be unavailable.

Students must arrive and leave at the right time.

*We do NOT have bank holidays ( we make up the lesson during the term in case the student cannot attend the BH lesson). 

*  NO classes during Easter/Christmas and summer holidays. Unpaid holidays!
